The sweltering summers in New Mexico served as inspiration for the creation of OYIN Honey. Everything started when we decided to experiment with infused honey after running out of simple syrup for cocktails. The outcome was fantastic! We kept experimenting with various flavors and cooking techniques. We are thrilled to offer you a variety of delectable, regional cuisines.
